There’s no contract length

You can cancel any time you like, by logging in to your membership online, through your bank, or at any of our centres

If you cancel, you’ll still be able to use any remaining time left on your membership

If you still have a pre-April 23 membership right now, we’ll send you an email when it runs out with an exclusive invitation to the £59 original launch offer.

When the membership goes up to regular price after the Launch Offer, this will remain the lowest price option (including concession rates)

We’re not able to offer freezing or refunds on direct debit memberships & because this is a one time special offer we can’t transfer it to someone else

If we make any changes to the perks offered (adding new things or changing something) we’ll give you a good heads up about it and explain any changes
