Front of House

Join the largest team at The Arch, who welcome and help customers at the centres. Front of House team members receive training in all areas of work, including customer service, making coffees, and becoming in-house Climbing Instructors (Depending on level of climbing experience).

Past climbing experience not essential but always helpful!

We’re not currently looking for any new FOH staff, but prospective CV’s are always welcome



Managers

Centre managers are responsible for one centre, and look after quality control, customer service, running events & generally building a community.

We’re not currently looking for any new managment staff.
